I agree — the trash bag is disgusting. It’s not that trash is everywhere, but that coyotes, when they come upon it, make use of it. They are opportunistic in more than one way!
Yes, plastic bags can be deadly, and besides, they pollute. San Francisco is discouraging their use and doing away with them by requiring you to pay for a bag if you don’t bring your own. More and more people use their own reusable bags now. What a great idea!
